1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 788pkr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 788pkr website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at https://788pkr.cam (the "Platform").

788pkr is an English-language online betting information and entertainment platform serving Pakistani users. By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 788pkr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You must be the individual submitting the registration, acting in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law.
4. You must not currently hold, and must not previously have held, an account on the Platform that was suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 788pkr or any associated entity.

Being of legal age does not in itself make gambling lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are specifically advised to obtain independent legal advice regarding the lawfulness of their participation.

4 Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must register a single Account using accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 788pkr will require Users to complete identity verification in accordance with KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Verification documents typically required include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement not older than three months);
• Payment method verification (e.g., a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the withdrawal method used).

788pkr reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 788pkr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 788pkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform without prior written consent;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, betting syndicate manipulation, or arbitrage abuse;
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any activity that could compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform;
• Creating or using an Account if you have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;
• Assisting, facilitating, or encouraging any third party to engage in any of the prohibited conduct listed above.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 788pkr are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type, as displayed within the relevant betting interface. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific or market-specific rules, the more specific rule shall prevail.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from the Platform. Bets placed during periods of network disruption or platform maintenance may be voided. 788pkr reserves the right to refuse any bet or to impose maximum stake limits without providing a reason.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a manifest error in pricing — for example, odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human error — 788pkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet was settled before or after the error was identified.

6.4 Live and In-Play Betting

In-play markets are updated in real time. Odds are subject to change or suspension at any time during a live event. 788pkr accepts no liability for delays in odds updates caused by data feed latency. All in-play bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets.

6.5 Cricket and PSL Markets

Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series are among the most actively wagered markets on the Platform. All cricket bets are subject to official match result confirmation from recognised governing bodies (e.g., PCB, ICC). In the event of a match abandonment, weather interruption, or DLS method application, specific market rules will determine settlement outcomes as displayed in the relevant market information.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 788pkr may make promotional offers available to registered Users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable multiplier and eligible games or markets will be specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonuses carry time limits — failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Each promotional offer is available to eligible Users once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• 788pkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering strategies to clear bonus requirements, or any form of coordinated exploitation — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds;
• All bonus figures quoted in promotional materials are illustrative unless confirmed as current live offers in the Platform's cashier.

8 Deposits & Payment Transactions

All deposits are processed through the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of transaction. Method availability, minimum deposit amounts, and any applicable transaction fees are displayed within the cashier interface and are subject to change.

8.1 Accepted Payment References

Pakistani users are familiar with payment services including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 8.2 Currency

8.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and/or reporting obligations.

9 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• All KYC verification requirements must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal processing;
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before real-money balances become withdrawable;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations;

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788pkr shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruption or unavailability of the Platform or its services;
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate or incomplete information on the Platform;
• Losses arising from third-party service failures, including payment processor outages or data feed interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 788pkr collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, and sets out your rights in relation to that data.

By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected].

14 Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by 788pkr

788pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account and to void any outstanding bets or bonuses in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• You are found to be under the minimum age requirement;
• You are accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the timeframe requested.

14.2 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon request, any withdrawable balance will be returned to you following KYC completion and bonus clearance checks. Self-exclusion requests will be treated as a priority and processed accordingly.

15 Jurisdiction, Applicable Law & Legal Context

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 788pkr's operating entity is registered, as applicable. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their own jurisdiction.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
